Whilst a diamond is forever, over time, a setting may become loose, your jewelry may be damaged by a fall or a knock or a clasp may break. With Jordan River Diamonds there are no expensive trips to the jewelers for a repair, no service or handling charges, just a simple, totally free repair. Because we make our jewelry to last and to give you pleasure not just for now, but forever!

What to do

  • Contact us to get a Return Merchandise (RMA) number. This must be written on the outside of your package. If you fail to get a RMA number or it is not clearly written on the package, the item will returned to the sender.
  • Securely package your jewelry with a full description of the problem and your contact details. Make sure to include any broken pieces. We highly recommend placing the item, wrapped in tissue paper, bubble wrap or microfiber, into a double box and then wrap with good quality wrapping paper. Take especial care to seal all seams with a layer of sellotatpe.
  • Address the package clearly and include a return address. Do not write anything on the package that could indicate that it contains diamonds! Please remember to clearly write the RMA number on the package.
  • Send the package, fully insured, either via registered mail or a well-known and reputable shipping company such as FedEx. Make sure that you have a tracking number and request that you be notified when the parcel has been delivered. Please note that FedEx and UPS do not provide insurance for articles of over $500 value.

Once we receive your package, we will inspect the item, make any necessary repairs and return it to you as quickly as possible.
